Baby colic treatment
In Kusi Wawa we have created a method that helps your baby to relax when he has colic. This is a 100% natural and very effective method, because we are offering the baby what he really needs: we relieve the physical pain of the tummy and offer him the emotional support he needs to finish relaxing.
In the video we can observe the process of how a father applies the Kusi Wawa method with his little one and he is able to relax very quickly. Why does this happen? Thanks to the following key elements:
1. The Wawa Band relieves the pain the baby feels in the tummy. The heat acts as an analgesic, as when we feel cervical pain and we place a cushion of seeds to relieve.
2. In addition, the heat generates movement, so that applied to the intestines helps to regularize the transit so that if there are gases it helps them to expel and even helps in cases of disquecia.
3. A baby with colic, is in a state of despair, so with the Wawa Band will not be enough to calm it. It requires emotional support from parents. In this part, we apply the 5S theory of Dr Harvey Karp defines in his book "The happiest baby in the neighborhood" www.happiestbaby.com
4. We wrap the newborn with the Wawa Wrap. By lulling him, we are giving him security. We even reminded her a little of the feeling in her mother's womb.
5. On the other hand, when we coo, we are avoiding the rapid movement of arms and legs. We are practicing what is called "containment." The more the baby moves the more nervous he gets, and the more nervous he gets, the more he moves. So it's a fish that bites its tail. If we want to help to relax our little one, we must break with this dynamic.
6. Once cooed, we take him in his arms, place him in a position he likes, we balance him, we walk with him, we make a constant noise ... all this to make him feel good.
7. Finally, once you are feeling more relaxed, if it is a baby that requires suction you can be given the pacifier or the breast so that you just relax completely. And even, fall asleep!
Look carefully at the video and how the baby relaxes. We develop all these points in a moment and instantly the little one feels safe and stops crying.
