How do i know if my baby has disquecia?

How do i know if my baby has disquecia?
Many parents, although their babies do not have colic, contact us because the heat effect of the Wawa Band can be beneficial also for cases of Gases and disquecia.

The gases in babies everyone knows them. It is when a baby becomes uncomfortable because his belly is swollen and needs to be expelled (either by farting or belching).

The other great unknown, but, is the Disquecia. And today we are going to investigate it. The disquecia is when your baby makes a lot of strength, turns red to poop and cries. Once the stool is made, it is liquid (like any other baby poop).

So, why does the baby cry to poop?
The infant's dyschezia is an asynchronism between what the baby wants to do and what he actually does, due to immaturity. In a colloquial way, it means that "the baby tightens to poop but in its impetus to tighten it also ends up squeezing the sphincter and can not remove it".

The Spanish Pediatric Association defines the disquecia as:

There is a picture called "infantile dyschezia" that is defined as at least 10 minutes of effort and crying before the emission of soft stools in children under 6 months. It is believed that it occurs because the baby makes efforts to push with the closed anal sphincter, and that is why it costs. When the sphincter opens, the stools leave without difficulty and the crying stops. It is a benign picture that usually improves spontaneously.

And how can I help my baby, if he suffers from a dyschezia?
In these cases, when dealing with such small babies it is not recommended to give them any type of infusion or medication to help them go to the bathroom. Giving him a laxative would be bad for the baby, since he does not have hard stools. But it is a coordination problem.

Another external solution that is usually proposed is to help the baby by stimulating the anus. However, this is not recommended either, because there is a risk that the baby will end up responding more to the external stimulus than to his own internal one.

Then what do we do? We can not do anything but help you mature. And, to help you in this maturation process, we can use the Thermotherapy of the Wawa Band. Thanks to the Wawa Band we can help you stimulate naturally (cause your internal appeal). The heat generates movement and relaxes the muscles so it helps regularize intestinal transit. In addition, as it relaxes the baby thanks to the heat effect and aromatherapy, it will be more prone to be relaxed causing it to stop squeezing the sphincter.

Thus, we can see that the Wawa Band, the first part of the Kusi Wawa Method to alleviate infant colic. It can also be very helpful in cases of disquecia. In short, any help in the maturation of your child is welcome and it is always important that, as parents, we are at your side giving support and helping them grow.
